We all could use more of it.
Some people seem to have forgotten what it is.
Kindness is not blind agreement.
Nor is it reserved for those who help you first.
It’s not something to be bartered and traded for when convenient.
It’s not a tool to use when you need an edge.
It’s a way of life.
It’s a way of being.
It’s a way to show compassion.
It’s what makes your fellow humans remember you long after you’ve gone.
It’s what we need.
